This seminar will provide an update on wage an hour law including issues related to employee classification, overtime compensation, teleworking and other aspects of the Fair Labor Standards Act. We will also provide an update in the pay equity arena including trends we are seeing with federal and state agencies like the EEOC, the DOL, and the OFCCP. This session will provide recommendations for training, policies, and best practices for employers to manage their risk when managing employee compensation.
