The Central Virginia Sports Commission (CVSC) has invited representatives from regional colleges, high schools, and community stakeholders along with colleagues, friends and family to honor Dennis Carter’s 37 years of dedication to the community through sports and relationships.  The event is Sunday evening February 16th, 2020 at 6:00 PM at the Lynchburg Regional Business Alliance located at 300 Lucado Place in Lynchburg.
 
The program will include guest speakers representing local sports and media with unique perspectives sharing the positive impact Dennis’ had on people throughout central Virginia.  Dinner will be provided to guests.  Dennis will conclude the program with words of gratitude to all the coaches, administrators, athletes and others who have made his career so very special in the Heart of Virginia.
 
Proceeds from the evening will benefit a charity of Dennis Carter’s choice and the Morning Sports Report (a platform for sports professional networking and education currently being developed by the sports commission).  There are several ways to get involved including individual dinner registration, table sponsorship, and event sponsorship.

Table Partner = $300
  • Includes reserved dinner seating for 8, partner recognition at the table.
Event Partner = $600
  • Includes priority dinner seating for 8, partner recognition at the table, listed on the event program, and listed on the event website & social media. School table sponsor.
Corporate Partner = $1,000
  • Includes premier dinner seating for 8 with premiere recognition and stage presence during opening remarks of event, partner recognition at the table, on the event program, and on the event website & social media. School table sponsor.
