Active Shooter Awareness and Response Training for Civilians

ACTIVE SHOOTER AWARENESS AND RESPONSE TRAINING FOR CIVILIANS - Saturday January 21, 2017 9am until 2pm. This workshop will cover the dynamics of an Active Shooter / Violent Workplace Attack and how to physically defend yourself from a knife / gun attack. (Disarming the bad guy) The lecture will cover inside details generally not made to the public of Columbine, VA Tech, Platte Canyon High School, San Bernardino and the Pulse Nightclub. (T4Tactics has personally traveled the country to interview survivors and police personnel directly involved) We'll discuss identifying a shooter, psychological clues, HR responsibilities, facility site inspections, threat assessment teams, emergency action plans, time continuum during an attack, extreme stress on the body and mind, what does and does not work and vital current statistics. We will talk of lawsuits for businesses and locations sued for "failure to use due diligence" and the OSHA General Duty Clause 5 (1) (a). We WILL NOT talk about the typical "run, hide, fight" that everyone else is stuck on teaching. You'll walk away with a better understanding of situational awareness, how to ruin the bad guys plan from the start and how to react and proceed in a calm, well trained manner during the unthinkable. After the lecture we'll put out the mats and bet out the training guns and knives and teach some "no prior skills needed" combative techniques that can save your life.
