This course starts off with an incredibly fun exercise and is based upon the world's most taught leadership model--because it works so well! Using ken Blanchard's Situational Leadership model, this course teaches you to diagnose the needs of individuals and then use the appropriate leadership style ot respond to their needs in that situation.
