Central Virginia Regional Housing Summit

The Central Virginia Planning District Commission (CVPDC), in partnership with supporting sponsors, will host the region’s first event to address housing needs for our workforce, employers, and economic vitality. 

The Central Virginia Regional Housing Summit will bring together stakeholders from across the region to hear from housing experts, to learn about regional housing and workforce trends, gain information on housing development policy, programs, and funding, and expand on the connection of attainable housing to economic and workforce development.    

This event will be valuable and relevant to the region’s business leaders, housing developers and builders, local officials, lenders, non-profits and advocates, and locality planning and economic development staff as we explore actionable solutions to address the growing need for attainable housing in our region to meet the needs of new and existing residents at all incomes levels.
