The Communication Academy, presented by Leadership Lynchburg, offers a four-hour professional  session that is engaging, fun and enriching.

The Academy is happy to bring back one of the most sought after communications coaches in the world, Justin Patton. Justin is a coach to Fortune 500 companies. He managed the national sales training department for Anthem BlueCross BlueShield where he coached top sales performers on how to communicate with stronger impact. Additionally, Justin facilitated leadership and communication skills programs in Russia, Canada, and throughout the United States for Yum! University. After starting his own company, Justin was hired to teach the largest RGM leadership program in Taco Bell’s history and he is now a faculty member for the Institute of Organizational Management.
