Girls on the Run of Central Virginia Virtual 5K

It's Girls on the Run 5K time!  In the spirit of keeping the community involved and moving forward, Girls on the Run of Central Virginia will host a virtual 5K event the week of Nov. 15 - Nov. 22.  Participation in the 5K event is open to the public and all proceeds benefit Girls on the Run of Central Virginia.  The virtual 5K aims to celebrate each and every girl and the unstoppable strength, resilience and confidence she has to navigate even the toughest of situations.
If you have a safe place to run or walk a 5K, lace up and go!  If not, we are happy to provide you with a 5K route in your community.  Not a runner but wish to support our girls, no problem, we have a "sleep in" option just for you!
