Ladies Night Out Self Defense Seminar

This is a special women’s self defense class presented by COBRA Self Defense Va. Certified Instructors. This 2 hour seminar is innovative and realistic in its approach to women’s self defense. Your safety is important and you should have the tools to defend that. COBRA teaches reality based self defense anyone can do to give you a true fighting chance if you need to use it.
