Lynchburg Area Women in Technology brings together professionals on a wide range of technology topics to learn, network and collaborate. An after hours format includes ample opportunities for networking and refreshments.

About the speaker:
Georgeann is President and CEO of Electronic Design and Manufacturing (EDM), an electronics contract manufacturer in Lynchburg, VA.  EDM was started in Lynchburg’s business incubator which Georgeann opened and directed until 1995 when EDM graduated and she joined the company.  Georgeann has a BS in psychology from Davidson College and is active in the Lynchburg community, serving on several boards as well as on the Lynchburg Economic Development Authority and the GO Virginia Region 2 Council.  Georgeann and her husband, Parks, have two grown children.
