Consultations with Hugh Ballou, Founder and President

Hugh will facilitate conversations on the problems facing today’s leader of what some are calling “Social Benefit” organizations. At the end of the month, the group will define ways to move forward with the support of the Alliance.
 

The sessions can be formatted in the following ways:
•     Individual appointments with Hugh - Please schedule in advance
•     Facilitated group mastermind sessions, in which the members present assist each other
•     Group Coaching Sessions, in which one leader receives coaching from Hugh and others learn from the process
•     Content Presentations - Hugh has lots of content if members want to have a learning session
•     Other options defined by the leaders present
