Cooper Steel of Virginia is proud to announce the opening of its new on-site health center, created in partnership with Collaborative Health Workplace to provide quality healthcare services to employees and their families—completely free of charge. As part of a recent renovation and facility update, this employee health clinic reflects Cooper Steel’s “people first” mentality and dedication to fostering the wellbeing of its team. In addition to the clinic, the renovation includes standout features such as cooling units in the fabrication shop, a modern locker room, and updated office space—all designed to create a safer, healthier, and more comfortable work environment.
