United Way of Central VA Smart Beginnings Press Conference

Announcing the good news for Central Virginia's Early Childhood Education programs, that a sizeable grant from the Kellogg Foundation has been awarded to United Way of Central Virginia.  The First Lady of Virginia Pamela Northam will be present and will address the press.
