In one month's time, United Way of Central Virginia (UWCV) will be having their annualHill City Slide event. The event will take place on August 22nd through 24th. UWCV,partnered with the company Urban Slide, will transform Church Street between 12thStreet and Washington Street into a 700 foot water slide where participants will ridedown on inner tubes.
